Teldust SaX Cartridge Filter
Description:
The Teldust Sax cartridge filter is a dust collector with a specially designed intake. The intake is constructed according to the DOWN-STREAM principle. This means that the intake is mounted on the top or the side of the dust collector. This construction allows the benefit of using gravity to separate part of the incoming dust, thereby minimizing ‘stress’ on the cartridge.
The SaX dust collector is further constructed with a current leading plate to protect the cartridges against wear, improving the air distribution inside the filter. The filter comes with the unique JET-X cleaning system that efficiently cleans the cartridges.
When dimensioning, one should take into consideration that the air-to-cloth ratio on the paper cartridges should only be half as much as that of the polyester cartridges. Thus, the area of the paper cartridges is twice as large as that of the polyester cartridges.
