Teldust’s History

Teldust has over 35 years of experience in producing high-quality dust collectors and intelligent filtration solutions. Our solutions include a wide product portfolio including cartridge dust collectors, fabric dust collectors, flue gas filters and add-on products.

Working with different partner companies from various industries has contributed to our extensive know-how and best practices on how to approach the challenges our clients face when looking for filtration solutions and clean air for their systems.

Production Unit: Teldust Polska S.A. (Pomech)

Teldust Polska S.A. (formerly Fabryka Maszyn Pomech Sp. z o. o.) was established in 1948 and is located in Puck (Nortern part of Poland) and is today where the Teldust filters and products are manufactured.

In the beginning, the company’s core business was production of agricultural machinery and equipment. In 1996, the cooperation with Teldust A/S began and the production of filters started and evolved from that point on.

In 2007, Fabryka Maszyn Pomech Sp. z o. o. was acquired by Teldust A/S, who in 2024 was acquired by Moldow.

In 2024 the Pomech name was changed to Teldust Polska S.A. to better reflect our identity as a cohesive entity dedicated to designing, selling and manufacturing top-tier filtration solutions.

Teldust A/S Acquired by Moldow A/S

On February 9, 2024, Moldow A/S acquired Teldust A/S.

For you as a customer, this has not changed anything really – except we are able to offer even more products and advantages. We will continue our business operations as a subsidiary of Moldow, retaining our Teldust name and head office in Vejle.

Our founder, and now Technical Director, Karl-Heinz Runge explains: I have always had a desire to secure the company’s future, and as my retirement age approaches, I began to explore the possibilities. Selling to Moldow was the best scenario for me, so I’m very happy that it worked out. I am convinced that Moldow has the organization to further develop Teldust, and that makes me happy.

Both Moldow and Teldust produce and sell dust filtration solutions. One might therefore think that they are competitors, but this is not the case. Moldow’s and Teldust’s customers, focus and product range are very different, and this will continue:

  • Moldow specializes in turnkey solutions within dust extraction systems, especially for the wood industry, but also for cardboard, paper, mineral wool and airlaid.
  • Teldust offers a range of filters for contractors and partners across many more industries, including energy, food, chemicals, plastics and metal, but they do not supply complete system solutions.
