Blueline Flue Gas Filter | Teldust

The Blueline filter is a high-temperature filter specially designed for filtration of flue gasses. One of the standout features of this filter is its special pre-separator and inlet system, which offers several key advantages: it enhances efficiency by ensuring a very low pressure drop, eliminates the need for a cyclone, ensures a very low dust emission level after the filter and reduces the load and wear on the filter bags and thereby extending their lifespan and minimizing maintenance costs. 

The top part of the filter is the clean air chamber equipped with the unique Bubble Pulse Jet cleaning system. Below, in the dirty air chamber, the filter bags are mounted vertically. When needed, the filter bags are replaced from the dirty side. 

The filter is delivered with scraper at the bottom. The scraper ensures that the residual product is fed to the outlet. 

To avoid condensation the filter is equipped with water tracing in the lower section of the filter body and the bottom plate. 

There is space for mounting four sprinkler nozzles in the top section of the filter for fire extinguishing. 

As an option the filter can be delivered with dampers for a by-pass system.
