These advanced dust collectors are designed with a classified clean air side, utilizing pneumatic-controlled dampers to regulate the flow of clean air from each section.

Advanced Technology for Efficient Dust Collection

Each section of the dust collector is equipped with pulse valves that supply compressed air, transforming it into pulsating air that is directed through blowpipes positioned above the cartridge rows. During the cleaning cycle, the pneumatic damper at the inlet closes, halting airflow from the section. The pulse valve then briefly opens, delivering a burst of air to clean the cartridges.

After this brief offline period, the inlet pneumatic damper automatically reopens, bringing the section back online. The dust collector continues this process sequentially, cleaning each section in turn until all cartridges are thoroughly cleaned. This semi-offline cleaning cycle takes just a few seconds, ensuring efficient and effective dust collection.
