Custom SaX Filter for Metallization Process

A metallization company required a custom filter solution to manage the toxic fumes and dust generated during the metallization process. Metallization involves melting metallic components to apply a protective metal coating on various surfaces, enhancing corrosion resistance, durability, and weather resistance. However, this process also produces hazardous emissions that pose significant environmental and health risks, necessitating an effective filtration solution.

To address these challenges, Teldust collaborated with our partner to develop a tailor-made filtration system specifically designed for the metallization process. We delivered an advanced widebody SaX filter, equipped with explosion relief and isolation systems.
