Teldust recently supplied a customized F-Filter dust collector with a capacity of 17,500 m³/h for efficient collection and filtration of plastic dust and material from extracted air at a production facility specializing in recycled plastic food packaging.
Customization was Key
The project required tailored design adaptations and specific flange configurations, which were successfully implemented thanks to our in-house engineering expertise. To optimize both cost and physical footprint—while maintaining high filtration efficiency—we also recommended pleated filter bags in place of standard fabric bags.
The dust collector was delivered to our valued customer, who completed the installation and commissioning at the production site in Poland.
